FAQ

  • What is your return policy?
    You can return most products for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return to be accepted. All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply. All cancelations must be submitted to FAN LIFE in writing via our "Contact Us" form. If you have an issue with any product purchased through a dealer of ours (i.e. Fanatics, Rent A Center, Home Depot) please communicate directly with the dealer from whom you purchased the product. If you need any help contacting them, just let us know; we’re always happy to help!
  • Do your products come with a warranty?
    Fan Life warrants to customer, for a period of one (1) year from the date product is manufactured, or the date product leaves Manufacturer’s control, whichever is later, that such Product shall, under normal wear and tear, use and operation, be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship. Manufacturer’s obligation pursuant to this Warranty is limited to, at Manufacturer’s option, replacing or sending replacement parts for repair on-site, at Manufacturer’s discretion. Manufacturer shall have a reasonable period of time to make such replacements. This Warranty is effective only if customer gives prompt written notice to Manufacturer of any alleged defects in the materials or workmanship of the product, which notice shall specifically describe the complained-of problem and shall state the date of sale and the location of the purchase of such complained-of Product.
  • If something looks off or appears damaged when delivered, what should I do?
    Take pictures before and as you are unboxing. This will make it easier for our team to assist you. If you are asked to sign for it make sure that you note there was damage or if it’s really bad, refuse delivery. We’ve got you covered and will always make things right.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    Please take special note that each individual product has its own estimated lead time contained within its respective product page, listed under a section titled “Lead Time.” You will receive tracking information from us once your order has shipped.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as express payment through Pay Pal.
  • Do you have a gift packaging option?
    At this time we do not offer gift-wrapping/packaging services.
  • How do I cancel or modify and order?

  • How can I track my order?
    Once the product has shipped you will be given a tracking number. You can use that number to check the shipping status with the carrier.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. We do not ship to countries outside of the United States.
