The purchase of this product includes free shipping via UPS from Texas. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect the packaging and product. If the packaging or merchandise appears damaged in any capacity, please take clear images of the damage. Taking these important steps will significantly help in expediting the return or replacement process in the event there are any issues during the delivery process.
Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy
- You can return most products for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging for a return to be accepted
- All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.
- All cancelations must be submitted to Imperial in writing via our "Contact Us" form
