The purchase of this product includes free shipping via UPS from Texas. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect the packaging and product. Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy
- You can return most products for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging for a return to be accepted
- All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.
- All cancelations must be submitted to Imperial in writing via our "Contact Us" form
Warranty
Fan Life warrants to customer, for a period of one (1) year from the date product is manufactured, or the date product leaves Manufacturer's control, whichever is later, that such Product shall, under normal wear and tear, use and operation, be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship.
